The sun has been more prevalent and the odd shower has helped all plants to grow a lot. It’s nice to see so much fresh green in various shades

The weather is getting warmer, the mud on the ground has disappeared, the grass has been growing lots, making animals and people are happy.

Nothing much really has happened over the last few weeks and hence our updates have been rather sparse. One thing did happen however: Think it really turned spring.

Here’s the rain that is supposedly to end the drought.

Spring soon will turn into summer and the weather during the day is already so awesome.

Winter seem to have finally arrived. Frosty moorings with frozen grass. The was ice on the digger seat!

The munchers are happy again after I moved them over into the other paddock – the one with more grass. Seemed to be appropriate for them for Christmas.

I have been listening to that cow in distress now since yesterday afternoon, all night through and had a walk down the valley this morning to make sure it wasn’t ours.

The spring grass has grown, the alpacas and cows are happy!

Our new calfies have arrived last Sunday. So cute they are. They have not picked the best weather – it has been raining for a few days and all is soaking wet. I remember last year was beautiful and they were enjoying fresh spring grass.…
