The days have become short and cold, with some frosty mornings. Luckily, so far winter has not been as wet as last years.
Many mornings are foggy and the fog at times lifts only in the afternoon. During those days, lots of flights from Auckland Airport are getting cancelled.
The birds seem to be struggling to find food, so they join the goats for some extra feed or making use of the slightly soapy persimmons that none of us like.
